Description

John Marriott boasted to his jailers, the executioner and anyone else who would listen that before the first attempted execution he was frightened out of his wits. But when the hood was put over his head, he saw how he would die, and it would not be on the gallows.

btw I would not and will? never try to get involved (or communicate etc.) with them! cuz it is bad news all the way around. this guy must have had some hardship and was in the right place at the right time to get assistance from them. the least that can happen is to drive a person insane.

I know now we are all surrounded by invisible creatures who have this unwritten rule of no contact/no interference treaty with humans unless someone goes and pokes at them and/or invades their places of residence. Some call them angels some ghost so devil. they are neither but are from fire as satan was but not all of them evil satan’s own son turned out to be a very good guy.
I also found out how to communicate with them, it is? not so easy, takes a lot of suffering!

@Matey3 I don’t know if you want to? say the forces came from God, if there is a God, but every one is capable of taping into it. Its the same force that built the pyramids and can cure cancer. I’m sure you have even tap into it at times but didn’t even know it.

This is one heck of a show. Me and my mom always watched this when I was very young. I have a nice collection of almost all the shows of One Step Beyond. This was a big step for Hollywood,? showing the paranormal. Thank GOD for hollywood. lol

@roadschokar You are as much a college professor, as Hitler was a humanitarian, more like a boorish idiot I would? say . Hope you aren’t offended.

Originally telecast on “ALCOA PRESENTS: ONE STEP BEYOND” on March 31, 1959. The series was the supernatural equivalent of “THE? LORETTA YOUNG SHOW”- Harry Lubin also wrote the theme and music for her series, and John Newland directed at least a dozen episodes, and was Loretta’s frequent co-star…

Silvereagle may not have been offended by your remark, but I was. I, too, am a college professor and I have always sided with those that spend their? time on content rather than form, apparently, unlike you. What offends me is your attitude that inhibits one’s ability to express their opinions and views.

@silvereagle2061 Hey Mr. Silvereagle I know we don’t know each other but I am a
college professor and I do not mean to be rude but it is obvious as I read your comments that on the days they taught spelling you cut class. In the future try spelling it FAVORITE and PSYCHOSOMATIC makes you seem a little odd when try taking on those real big words. believe me there is help for you, we have special schools. ? I apologize if I have offended you.

    - Johnny deserves a good slap! This is one of the classic? British episodes. I wonder why they moved across the Atlantic to do a lot of episodes? Maybe England was considered a spooky foreign destination in those days…
